Design4Health Paper

D4H-logo-on-white300lOne of the founding members of the Design Disruption Group, Paul Rodgers, spent 4 days at the Design4Health Conference this week at Sheffield Hallam University. The conference was very stimulating and there were many excellent papers, projects, and people there. It was a real privilege to present my paper entitled “Designing with People Living with Dementia” to a large and receptive audience. This paper is based on my Arts and Humanities Research Council funded Design Research Fellowship in collaboration with Alzheimer Scotland. More details on the conference can be found here:

I am Professor of Design Issues at Northumbria University School of Design. I hold undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Design from Middlesex University,London, and a PhD in Product Design Assessment from the University of Westminster, London.
